Are you going on the academic job market in the next 6 months? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the process? Are you wondering how to manage finishing your dissertation, teaching, and the demands of looking for a job? Get the support and guidance you need to launch your search on the right foot!

In this 6-week, small group program we will:

• update (or create) your CV
• compose cover letters for various types of positions
• decode job ads, learning to read between the lines for what they are *really* looking for
• write teaching and research statements
• create supplementary application materials
• align your calendar with the realities of the market and your current responsibilities
• strategize ways to manage the anxiety of the process
